The Gym Nation Standard (GNS) is a standard that we have set in our workouts in order to strive for quality reps and movements. GNS can be selected for a certain movement or weight that is set for a particular lift. GNS must show full range of movement, control and quality. The focus is correct form and technique to prevent injury. Although GNS should be aimed for, it is not always obtainable by everyone. Everything is scaleable and nothing is expected of you but maximum effort.
